About Us
Our Mission
To cultivate brand excellence through creative packaging and display solutions.
Our Vision
To foster a community of innovators who have a positive impact on both our customers and one another.
Our Services
There’s a reason we’re called Complete Design & Packaging—it’s because we offer a comprehensive array of services for custom corrugated packaging and displays at our cutting-edge facility in Concord, North Carolina. We take care of all of your needs from stock to store with a complete turnkey approach, great customer service, and people who really care.
Design
Let’s get creative.
In the manufacturing industry, creativity is key in order for your products to command attention. Thanks to our structural design and graphic prepress team—who have a combined 137 years of experience—we can proficiently design effective, visually appealing, point-of-purchase displays and packaging. Applications such as Artios CAD, Esko Automation Engine, and Adobe Illustrator are used in conjunction with one another to create the highest quality end product.
Manufacturing
We have the capacity to handle your project.
From prototypes to intricate display work, we’ve got you covered with the latest technology. Our focus on high-graphics print has encouraged us to invest in an EFI™ Nozomi C18000, and an EFI™ VUTEk® h5. Combined with our other flexo presses, folder-gluers, and digital equipment, we utilize a total of 13 machines. Not only is our breadth of equipment important to highlight, but also the efficiency with which we run them—our plant can handle 15-20 million square feet of capacity per month.
Fulfillment
Fulfillment in every sense of the word.
We have the ability to go beyond manufacturing by assembling, kit-packing, and fulfilling your packaging project. These services can be applied to point-of-purchase displays, industrial packaging, e-commerce, finished inventory, and retail signage. Offering a total turnkey approach like this provides you with efficiency, convenience, and peace of mind.
Warehousing
The space you need, when you need it.
Repeat orders and special situations may require unique logistics. In these cases, we offer warehousing and distribution where it makes sense. Between our two facilities, we allocate 40,000 square feet of space to make the shipping and handling of your project more efficient.
Our Facilities
Complete Design and Packaging’s facilities are fully equipped to handle any packaging challenge. Our 120,000 square foot manufacturing site and 60,000 square foot warehouse are home to millions of dollars of technology and machinery investments—including, but not limited to, the first EFI™ Nozomi C18000 in the United States, an EFI™ VUTEk® h5, Esko Kongsberg C64 and C66 CAD tables, and multiple flexo folder-gluers.

Our Products
Packaging types can be broken down into an endless number of categories. At Complete Design & Packaging, we have identified and perfected the niches we cater to. While all packaging types serve an important purpose, our focus lies within custom-designed, high graphics Point-Of-Purchase displays, e-commerce packaging, and the components that accompany them.
E-Commerce
Packaging used to ship products purchased through an online platform. These simple structures are often enhanced with eye-catching branding and can contain inserts that secure products for safe delivery.
RSC
Mailer
OPF
Industrial
Components that can be used individually as a shipping container or as a part of a display. These items are typically made of a sturdy paper combination and do not feature important art or branding.

Shelf Ready
Exactly what it sounds like! Packaging that is ready for the shelf the moment a store receives it. All that needs to be done is removing the HSC cover or tearing away the top of the package, usually along a perforated line.

Counter Displays
Displays for small products that sit on top of a counter or at the checkout area of a store. These can be as simple as a one-piece package with a lid that folds into a header, or a more involved design with shelves, pegs, or hooks.
PDQ
End Caps
Any type of display located at the end of a shopping aisle. Perceived as a high-quality real estate zone, these types of displays have a competitive edge due to the number of people that pass them by. Power-wings hang off of the rack by hooks, floor displays offer a more custom approach, and PDQs can sit on existing shelves and house more product.

Floor Displays
Any display that sits on the floor of a store or on a pallet. Arguably the most versatile category, floor displays can range in size, strength, creativity, and complexity. The inner components work to support and protect products and outer components typically feature intricate and descriptive art.

Gallery
A box or POP display is a highly effective form of communication. A way to craft a unique experience. To create a first impression. To form a personal relationship with a product and company. To deliver a brand promise. To literally open up excitement. In other words, a powerful competitive advantage.
Here’s some of our best work.
